Mukul Chandra Gogoi
Managing Director & Team Leader
With over 28 years of experience in infrastructure development projects, Mukul Gogoi has been involved in the evolvement of the concept of public-private partnership (PPP) in the country, particularly in North East India. A Management Graduate in International Finance from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi and a Graduate in Economics Honours from Delhi University, till 2010, Mukul headed the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) foray in northeast India as its resident PPP expert under a Technical Advisory Agreement with the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India and, was the PPP expert for the PPP cell of the Government of Assam between 2008-2010. He is currently the Managing Director of the Company.
Sandeep Boruah

An MBA from Manipal Institute of Management, Manipal, Karnataka, Sandeep has working experience with Price Waterhouse Coopers, India in the financial advisory arena before becoming one of the main promoters of TransBiz. Hailing from a leading business family in Assam and an expert in project structuring, Sandeep has, over the years, developed a tremendous network with financial institutions, and corporate and Government authorities in the region. He is currently the Director of Finance of TransBiz and looks into the financial and management aspects of the company.
Bhaskar J. Barua

The CEO of the company, Bhaskar heads the operation management team. He is an engineering graduate from Assam Engineering College, Guwahati with over 28 years of experience in project management. He has worked extensively in developing community-based sustainable projects to empower various communities in the field of rural empowerment, wildlife protection and conservation. He is the founder of Agoratoli Resort at Kaziranga and is the founder President of the Kaziranga Foundation. He is a committed nature conservationist and wildlife photographer and has been featured in SAVE THE RHINO – a two-part documentary on conservation initiatives and sustainable tourism, anchored by Kevin Pietersen- the famous cricketer and aired on National Geography Channel.
Meghali Sarmah

Meghali Sharma is a dedicated Project Engineer with over 14 years of hands-on experience in project supervision and on-site management. Her expertise lies in project management planning and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Meghali is known for her strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions on the site. She works closely with contractors and clients, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Meghaliʼs keen eye for detail helps her identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring smooth project execution. Her commitment to excellence and teamwork has earned her the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
